Christmas is an opportunity for a business to bring your work force, associates, buyers and suppliers together to say thank you for a year well done. In our new Star suite, we can accommodate Christmas parties up to 250 guests for a sit down dinner and dance.

With views of the Cathedral one side and Kingsholm pitch the other, we will bring you a Christmas party that you will be proud to be a part of, away from the hotel function room of years goneby.

Frequently asked questions:

Q:What time does the party start?
A:All parties start at 7pm for a drinks reception in the Cathedral View Lounge, dinner served 8pm prompt in the 1873 Suite and the party draws to a close at 12:30 am Sun-Thurs, 1.00am Fri & Sat.
Q:What should I wear?
A:Party wear, smart casual evening wear.
Q:Is my deposit refundable?
A:We are happy to hold space for 7 days. Once you confirm your numbers and pay your deposit you must be aware that this is a non refundable and non transferable deposit.
Q:Can we arrange an account on the bar?
A:This can be arranged on the evening of your party. Credit card details will be required to do this and charged at the end of the evening.
Q:When does everything need to be finalised?
A:Your final payment and menu pre-orders will be required by Monday 5th November 2012.
Q:Do I need to pre-order wine?
A:We strongly recommend that you do to avoid the initial rush at the bar.
Q:Where do we park? Can I leave my car over night?
A:Parking is available in the main South Stand car park, please liaise directly with the venue for overnight parking arrangements.
Q:What will happen in the case of inclement weather?
A:We will always endeavour to proceed with the scheduled events despite the weather conditions. Only in the extreme cases would we cancel an event and should this be necessary we will contact you directly to offer an mutually convenient date, subject to availability.
